Venture Real Estate Corp. was founded in 2005 with the idea of bringing together a team of enthusiastic professionals with specific talents and experience to represent sellers, buyers, builders, developers and investors to produce excellent results.

Venture was founded by Nick A. Damiano (Owner/Broker of Record), who has been a full time licensed realtor since 1981, with over 40 years of success in resale, new home sales, investment, commercial & industrial sales/leasing, management and marketing experience. Nick, his dynamic team and their hands-on approach continually achieve excellent standards, which benefit their clients in obtaining successful sales and marketing strategies. Our sales team is made up of experienced, professional and successful individuals, with a combined real estate experience of over 100 years. Our team consists of members who are seasoned and knowledgeable in today’s continuously evolving real estate market.
